Liberty Cafe & Deli - Feedback

I had the most amazing chai latte at Liberty Café in Victoria! I enjoyed it so much that I came back today for a second cup.

I couldn't find any sign of service. It seemed like I was bothering them, and this has been the case not just once, but every time I have visited.

I had the perfect chai latte and Cafe misto at this restaurant, the best I've had in a while. I only wish they were located in the Los Angeles area. Are they?
