Victoria Bistro is located right next to the cruise port in La Baie, QC I saw a sign for ice cream located outside their place.

We had an amazing lunch here while on vacation. Ingredients were fresh, local, and unique. Definitely worth a visit.

Near the st rose du nord pier this place has a nice terrace with a view on the pier and river. Frendly owner and pricings of drinks were ok as well.
