We had delicious pisco sours and lunch today. We had the pejerrey house special and Andean cheese in a thin dough with guacamole dip.

Traditional Peruvian food is very good although the temperature needs to be paid attention to. The chilcanos are excellent... I had the guinda one and the shot...
