one of the best decaf flat white I've had for ever. great menu too. customer service first class. big 10 of 10.

as the last remaining coffee spot in perth it is great. perth cbd is sad. no pubs, no restaurants, no people. only a sad place.

had an amazing ham and cheese croissant and flat white. Girls working there were very good looking.
