I am not very fan of tobacco bars, reception is not very smiling, and the place would deserve to be a little more modern especially in the city center.
Much more pleasant since the change of direction and/or owner.
Don't treat customers the same way. If you spend a lot it's kind, but if you don't spend much it's not kind, it's not professional. This tobacco is running away...
