Brooklyn Water Bagel - Feedback

I placed a pickup order online and never received the drink I ordered, not good service for my first time trying this place, they also don't do in store refunds...

Received Coca-Cola instead of coffee, the most diabolical thing to taste in the morning with milk

I didn't know there was no server service, ,that's ok ,but I like full service, the Bagel sandwich with Nova cream cheese was just ok my wife had the same thing
