everyone is very kind and nice, nice welcoming place and the food isn't bad either

I fainted in the room and the staff was really kind and helpful, especially Ayoub who rescued and helped me with a lot of care and concern.

They advertised a coffee and cookie for 1.80 euros, but of you don't speak Italian apparently it is 2.50. Not worth arguing about.
