Sourdough crust, 60% hydration, 72 hr proof. That looks divine man. I’m regretting joining this sub… hungry all day Yep, I want somme of that... all of it actually ! Looks very nice ! How do you do the garlic? Pre-roasted or raw? And whole cloves or minced?
