Bidrage med feedbackAfter our round of golf we decided to have our lunch at this place. We had a beautifully set table right on the river side. Food was excellent (we chose the daily special) and the service was beyond expectation. We will definitely be back!
Tables overlook the River Brague, and you'll see families of ducks swimming by as you enjoy your meal. The kitchen is very good and the menu, though somewhat pricey, offers a wide variety of local fish (including lobster), beef and veal dishes and irresistible desserts. All in all, a perfect setting for a leisurely afternoon luncheon.
We did not succeed in lunch .... Restaurants on a golf on renowned for the possibility of late lunch This Sunday it was not possible.... The staff seemed to overflow Maybe you should avoid coming on a Sunday.
Today, it's impossible to eat. 13H30 Arrival and request a table for 1 cover. The restaurant is crowded. I'm being asked to wait a few moments waiting for a table to be prepared. Five minutes later I'm offered to sit next to the bar to wait. Clearly, the service is completely planted with cold dishes, many guests in expectations, some move for bread or salt, others are offered unordered dishes. In short, it's certainly the circus because of the first spring pre-affluence. It even warms between the boss and the employees around the bar. The boss takes off his hair that he no longer has... The charming waitress comes to me to tell me that it's not gonna be possible...I'm just answering her to see what's going on, I'm not very surprised. I'm staying at the table because I have nothing else to do. Other customers arrive a little later, the boss asks them to wait and they are placed a few moments later... and are served about in 1/4 hours. Time passes, it's about 14h40 and the boss asks me if I want something. I'm asking for a beer. I see a coffee coming. I wait a few more minutes, pay my coffee and end of the game. Too bad because I had lunch last week in week, friendly service, very good and hearty dish. Today I was a little upset. But it happens...
A meal on a terrace in a green setting. a simple but good kitchen. I'm not lucky andouillette well prepared by the chef alas the charcutier had missed his product (stiring pans and boilers) we'll come back well.
